Privacy policy

Wholegoods Pro is a division of Moore Visual, Inc., Mountain Home, Arkansas. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it. It covers this website and the forms in our ads on Facebook and Instagram.

What we collect

Two things. First, what you type into one of our forms: your name, your dealership, your email address, your phone number, your town, your website address, the lines you carry, and any message you write. Each form asks for some of these, not all of them. Second, the visit information described under "How we count visits" below.

How we count visits

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read, how they found us, and when someone calls, emails or sends a form. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser so it can tell a return visit from a new one. It records things like the pages you view, the website that sent you, your rough location, and your device and browser. It does not receive anything you type into our forms.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser's settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google explains how it uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Our hosting company, Vercel, keeps the standard records any web server keeps, such as the address a visit came from and the browser used, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

To answer you, and to run the check or review you asked for and send you the results. To run a check, we ask AI tools and search services questions about your dealership by name and town. We do not give them your name, email address or phone number.

We do not add you to a mailing list. If we contact you, it is about what you asked us for.

Who else sees it

We never sell or rent your information, and we never give it to anyone for their own marketing. A few companies handle it for us so we can do the work:

• Vercel runs this website.
• Resend delivers what you send through our forms to us by email.
• Google receives the visit information described above, through Google Analytics. It never receives what you type into a form.
• Meta collects your answers if you fill in a form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, and passes them to us. Meta's own privacy policy covers what Meta does with them.

We would also share information if the law required it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to work with you. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Children

This website is for equipment dealerships. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
